Join us for one of Tucson’s most powerful annual community events. Conquer the Hill 2025 is more than a walk—it’s a movement to raise awareness for men’s mental health. This is a Co-Ed event, ladies come support!

We’ll meet before sunrise at Tumamoc Hill, where participants are encouraged to hike with weighted vests, backpacks, or any type of load—symbolizing the burdens we carry in life. You can switch with a partner, carry your load solo, or simply walk unweighted if it’s your first time. The climb is meant to be both challenging and meaningful, reflecting resilience and the importance of sharing life’s struggles.

After the hike, we’ll gather at 4th Ave Coalition for a morning of connection, food, and coffee. A panel of four men from the Tucson community will open up about their experiences with mental health, breaking stigma through honesty and vulnerability. This will be a safe space for dialogue, questions, and community support.
