Conquer Chiari Walk Across America - Richmond, VA Walk is a local awareness and fundraising walk held to unite patients and their families and support those struggling with Chiari Malformation, a life changing diagnosis. The C&S Patient Education Foundation is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the experiences and outcomes of Chiari and syringomyelia patients through education, awareness, and research.
