About the artist:
With accolades and career credits that include: "Jazz Vocalist of the Year "; Nashville Grammy (NAMMY) Nomination for Album of The Year, (Turn My Heart); Southern Artistry's “Esteemed Southern Artist” endorsement; and Nashville Jazz Workshop's 2013 Heritage Award, Greensboro, NC native Connye Florance is known for bringing transformative , captivating musical experiences to her audiences in professional theatrical productions, jazz rooms, and concert halls.
She has toured with Columbia Artists on and off Broadway and performed alongside a variety of notable artists, including Randy Brecker and Kirk Whalum. She is featured on more than 27 recordings.
