Ahhhh, snakes! You either like them or you don’t, but regardless of what side of the fence you are on, you’d probably like to know more. On Wednesday, July 3 at 10:30 a.m., Johnson City Parks and Recreation naturalist, Connie Deegan, will lead a meet and greet with ages 3-12 and some of these fasssscinating snakes in King Commons Natural Adventure Area* across the street from the Library. Enjoy a local herpetologist's story as you learn about these beautiful animals. A snake will be available for a closer look, if you're feeling adventurous...*For outdoor Library programs, check our Facebook page the day of the event in case of inclement weather updates.
