I began my career as a Commercial Real-estate Broker, in specialized Commercial Real Estate Development, Luxury Hotels and Luxury Hospitality Wellness Properties. Retail Development and Manufacturing Properties, Land Development, and Land Assembly, Golf Club Land and Forested Land; Development Land for Industrial Units (Sale/ Lease); and Mixed Use Investment properties. I am currently a member of many Professional Organizations and Groups.

I’ve been investing in real estate for 25 years when I started a television, Inside Real Estate and the first consumer show for the Condo Market - the Toronto Condo Show. Currently, I invest in Multi-family real estate with my associate Mathew Frederic, where we buy property that is off-market and not for sale.
