This is a beginner level rope class that focuses on the body connections you can make in rope, both with yourself and with a partner. We will cover basic negotiations, rope safety, and focus on sensation creation instead of the technical aspect of rope.Appropriate for: single and partnered adults who are interested in starting or deepening their connective rope practice.
Requirements:
No equipment necessary, but please bring your own rope if you want to use it.
Please bring water and a snack.
Please wear comfortable non-restrictive clothes, yoga type clothing works
Sobriety is a must for this class, NO alcohol or drugs that alter your ability to consent.
No nudity and No sexual contact within the space.
Must be 18 or older.
