Join me on a journey through the evolution of my communication skills, refined through experiences in romantic, work, and family relationships. A starting point on my journey was the Socratic method - which is based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and draw out ideas, values and underlying presuppositions. Other courses including "Skills for empathetic listening (Communicate 31) - Communication in the Workplace" and "Fundamentals of Authentic Relating (Damien Bohler) have helped me embody a more rounded style of communicating that I deliver in this workshop.

• Clarity on current communication challenges and our "Level of listening"

• Playful exercises and games to integrate new skills.
