For our vegetarian guests, enjoy cold and warm tapas like Spanish Omelette with Caramelized Onion and Croquettes of Manchego Cheese Béchamel. Our vegetarian mains feature Truffle Ravioli with Creamy Mushroom Sauce and a delightful Seasonal Vegetable Paella. Dessert is, of course, Churros and Chocolate Sauce.
