Nutrition risk and aging: how to improve your wellbeing.Older adults are at increased risk for poor nutrition which can have negative effects that promote aging. Nutrition risk can be readily measured with simple questions on body weight, food behaviour, and risk factors for poor food and fluid intake. This presentation will provide insights on how you can promote your nutrition and improve your wellbeing by following diet recommendations that support health for older adults as well as identify and address challenges that can increase your nutrition risk.
