Connection: Yoga + Sound Bath Experience

Inspired by the month of love and rooted in fun and connection, the evening begins with a lively, feel-good yoga flow. Expect shared smiles, interactive moments, and intentional movement that welcomes all levels.

We’ll then transition into a heart-centered sound bath guided by the two facilitators of Flow With Sonix. Through harmonized sound created with live instruments, you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself while sharing the experience with others. With two practitioners present, you’ll experience full, blended sound throughout.
