Connection Workshops aim to help community members:
- Identify the importance of connection
- Recognize loneliness in ourselves and others
- Consider ways to overcome loneliness/isolation in our own lives and communities
- Learn about connection resources available in the community
This 2-hour workshop provides essential information to create a foundation for future connections. This workshop includes group discussions as well as personal reflection and connection planning activities. It’s up to each of us to take a step towards connection. This can start with building strong and meaningful relationships, so no one feels alone.
