Join us for a 2 hour Special Edition Workshop where we’ll explore the art of Connection in relation to Kizomba and the Douceur World. Through our breath, movement and intentional touch we’ll learn how to cultivate a deeper sense of trust, awareness and body control with yourself and with your dance partner ✨
In this immersive experience, you’ll learn how to tune into your body’s wisdom, how to listen and respond to your partners cues, how to lead with clarity and surrender into the beauty of Connection.
You’ll be guided through a series of breath, connection, dance and micro-movement exercises designed to awaken your senses, ignite your creativity and expand your dance relationships 🕺🏼💃🏽
We’ll finish the workshop with a 30 min Douceur social where you can explore and express your new found skills in free dance connections.
