About this Event
This course helps you better understand your social connections. Connection/Reflection is designed for anyone who is concerned about feeling isolated and disconnected from others in their present life or immediate future.
This 3 part course helps you to strengthen your existing social connections and develop new ones. You must be able to attend all sessions in order to book.
Dates: Mon 21st, 28th Oct & 4th Nov. 1-3pm at the Moorings
This workshop is delivered by Transitions, a project of Exeter Community Initiatives in collaboration with The Moorings, and is open to adults living in the Devon area.
