John Gambaro is Director of the Gambaro Group, one of Brisbane’s most respected restauranteurs. From peeling potatoes in his family’s first fish & chip shop to leading iconic venues like the iconic previous Gambaro Seafood Restaurant, Black Hide Steak & Seafood on Caxton and Queens Wharf, Persone Italian Restaurant, Pipi’s Mediterranean Restaurant and Awaken Cafe, John has been shaping Brisbane’s culinary scene for three generations.

Caroline has a tremendous passion for creating strong employee engagement and designing training solutions that deliver excellent, consistent customer service. She partners with the International WOW! Awards to promote and assist with managing the employee recognition program in Australia, and to complement my training program. She is also a gun at working with businesses and individuals to identify awards programs and categories to showcase their achievements and prepares submissions that catch the eyes of the judges.
