Join us for free well-being workshops at the Edventure Hub, hosted by Beyond Equality and funded by Movember.
A series of three workshops:

Movember is backing Beyond Equality to help groups of men create supportive connections for when life throws challenges in their direction.
Over three workshops, we will talk about:
- How men can move past 'survival' mode to 'thrive mode'
- Well-being as something we build through everyday actions
- The power of groups of men having brave and compassionate conversations about their own struggles
Workshop 1: Men and Mental Wellbeing - September 9
- We will explore what men’s mental wellbeing means to us.
- How we can move beyond survival mode into thriving.
Workshop 2: Masculinities and Seeking Support - September 16
- Discuss how masculinities impact mental health and support
- Reflect on our protective “armour.”
Workshop 3: Men and Building Supportive Communities - September 23
- Address barriers beyond “Are you okay?”
- Learn active listening skills.
- Shape supportive structures through allyship
