Join us for a transformative journey as we explore the depths of your inner child. This guided meditation and sound bath experience aims to help heal past wounds, reconnect with innocence, and foster self-compassion. Whether you’re new to inner child work or seeking to deepen your connection, this event is open to all.We’ll begin with gentle breath awareness to center ourselves along with grounding techniques to help us feel rooted and present before moving into a visualization practice for reconnecting with the child within. The meditation will help us to let go of any inhibitions and embrace the playfulness of our inner child.
Accompanied by sound vibrations, Kelsey will transition participants into a sound bath experience for integrating insights from our inner child and inviting in more childlike wonder and play.
This event is a safe space for self-exploration and healing. Come with an open heart and leave with a deeper connection to your inner child.

About the facilitators:
With over a decade of immersion in Herbalism, Nutrition, Astrology and energetic wellness, Hannah's expertise has been cultivated through collaborations with esteemed herbalists, astrologers and energetic practitioners. Hannah is a Reiki Master and offers a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. Through coaching, classes, energetic balancing, and the formulation of herbal remedies, she has honed her skills and wisdom to educate and empower individuals on their unique integrative journeys.
Kelsey Elledge of Soulfully_Sound is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She’s been facilitating sound baths for the general public since 2022 and is incredibly passionate about sharing curated sound experiences as a way to go inward. Sound has been instrumental in her own inner journey of unraveling and reigniting the sacred light within.
