I (Julia) began to explore my own healing energy as a way to heal from debilitating chronic illness. This topic is near and dear to my heart, as it is the first empowering practice I discovered. I am a master sound healer and Kundalini Yoga teacher with a background in shamanic healing. My mission is to empower others in their healing journey and to teach others that healing is possible, even if they've been told it isn't. I am happiest when I am guiding others towards healing and self discovery.
