Format for the 1-hour session:

• Debbie will introduce you to the Energy Enhancement System and facilitate a 5-minute meditation to help you connect to spirit.
• You will then be introduced to Annette, who will share her journey and some of her interesting stories.
• Annette will then connect to spirit and bring through as many messages as possible.
• Finishing with an opportunity at the end to ask questions about your loved ones in spirit or about your own psychic journey.

If so, try talking to them and ask them to come and communicate with you. Look out for any signs leading up to the event that might tell you they are around. Try doing something that they enjoyed doing - spend time in nature; go to the beach; play their favourite music; prepare their favourite meal. Then, on the day, bring a photo or belonging of the loved one with you.

During the EES session, Annette a clairvoyant provided readings to the group. It was extremely interesting to learn that my visions of people who appeared as shadows, were visiting warn me that someone close to me was about to die. Lovely small group setting where everyone freely chatted to each other and having Annette from Echoes Through Time there was an added bonus.
