Connecting to the Spirit of the Earth: Soundbath & Meditation
On Indigenous People’s Day, we celebrate resilience and honor a deep connection to the spirit of the earth.
During this soundbath and meditation, you’ll be guided to connect with the earth and all of its inhabitants, deepening the bond and interconnectedness of all things - recognizing that all aspects of mother nature such as the land we live on, the people we commune with and the air we breathe are sacred.
Experience the benefits of:
🌟 Inner Harmony: Achieve a balanced state of mind and body by rooting down and connecting with mother Earth
🌟 Deep Relaxation: Experience profound relaxation and stress relief through the soothing vibrations of the sound bath.
🌟 Emotional Balance: Release emotional blockages and find emotional equilibrium.
🌟 Enhanced Awareness: Develop a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all aspects of yourself.
🌟 Holistic Well-being: Foster overall well-being by nurturing both the passive and active elements within you.
$15 suggested donation. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Text 580.504.4065 to register.
