Participants will explore a variety of materials and mediums while making personal connections to their artwork and the world around them. What to expect: Exploring within the expressive arts allows us to access information in our brain and body that may not be accessible through verbal language alone. These workshops will include creative writing and visual art-making activities that may touch on personal themes.

Our talented insightful Instructor is Kelsey Beier. A dedicated educator, artist and lifelong learner with over tens years experience in the areas of art education and mental wellness. She is currently a 3rd year student in St. Stephen’s Art Therapy program.
