Join Jennifer of Jen Open Hearts on a gentle journey of connecting to the sweetness of the heart space. Together we will explore the love that is always inside of us through a meditative connection with self and others, through heart toning, stream of conscious writing practices, and by connecting with the heart activating medicine of ceremonial cacao. Jennifer will also be sharing about the various spiritual + nutritive qualities of ceremonial cacao and by honoring the indigenous roots that are deeply woven into ceremonial cacao. Please feel free to bring an offering for the altar to assist in activating the space
About Jen Open Hearts
Jennifer is a 200hr Yoga Instructor, certified holistic nutritionist and human design reader. She has been connecting with Cacao for over 3 years and it has been a profound ally on the path of softening the energetic heart space, of self love, acceptance and healing. Jennifer completed a 9 month Cacao Apprenticeship with Cacao Laboratory Co-Founder, Florencia Fridman and is thrilled to share cacao with the community.
