Through nature-based practices, creative exploration, and seasonal connection, you’ll be supported to identify where you are, where you’d like to be, and what might be holding you back.
Expect grounding rituals, gentle conversation, and introductions to mediation. This is a welcoming space to be fully yourself — no pressure, just presence, everything is an invitation.
