The Nine Principles of Harmony are a roadmap for experiencing life directly—free from expectations. They help us discover Body Comfortable, No Judgment, No Force, and Mutual Support. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises support us to experience these nurturing principles and discover new, more harmonious perspectives that make life truly satisfying.
