Golf Tournament Agenda

Date: October 18, 2025 Location: Gleannloch Golf Club

7:30 am Organizer/Vendor Arrival Time

Registration Opens- 8:00 am

• Welcome participants

• Check-in

• Distribution of tournament materials (scorecards, rules, etc.)

• Collection of onsite entry fees

Practice Range Time- 8:45 am - 9:30 am

• Participants move to the practice range area

• Warm-up session

• Practice swings and putting

• Final adjustments to equipment

Announcements- 9:40 am - 9:55 am

• Welcome speech from tournament organizers.

• Introduction of sponsors

• Briefing on course conditions and rules

• Review of safety protocols

• Reminders about etiquette and pace of play

Shotgun Start- 10:00 am

• Participants proceed to their designated starting holes

• Tournament officially begins

• Shotgun start signal

• Play commences simultaneously on all holes

Award Banquet & Lunch- 3:00 pm

Lunch will be served once all players have returned from play.
