This class is led by a Registered Nurse and infant sleep specialist who truly understands the realities of parenting. You’ll walk away with practical, evidence-based tools that support your child’s development—and your parenting values.
In this 60–90 minute workshop, we’ll explore:
How to create a calming and safe sleep environment
What “sleeping through the night” really looks like—and when it might happen
Building a bedtime routine that works for your family
Sleep props (like pacifiers or feeding to sleep)—and how to work with them gently
Night feedings: when they’re needed and how to manage them
Wake windows and naps to support better daytime rest
Short naps: why they happen and what you can do about them
