Connected: A Couples Yoga Experience was designed to strengthen your relationship through mindful movement, breath, and presence.
Whether you've been together for months or years, this all-levels class invites you to slow down, tune into each other, build trust, and rediscover connection through supported partner poses, synchronized breathing, and intentional touch.
About Kaya: Kaya's love for movement radiates with joy, purpose and gratitude and can be felt in each one of the classes that she leads. Originally from New Jersey, Kaya discovered the many benefits of yoga for her own personal practice and shortly after received her yoga certification. Since then she has dedicated herself to expanding her knowledge across numerous movement disciplines to better serve her students.
Her credentials include a B.S. in Kinesiology from Towson University, her 200-hour certification, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor, along with specialized training in functional movement, prenatal yoga, biomechanics and so much more.
