Join us online OR in-person local to Bellevue, WA!!



Registration Details:

$35 for IN-PERSON attendance + fees

  • 1 serving of cacao per person is included
  • DON'T FORGET to bring water and your own props (yoga mat, bolster/pillow, blanket, journal & pen), there will be a limitied number to borrow

$15 for ONLINE attendance via Zoom + fees

Agenda:
  • Slow, Feel Good, All-Levels Yoga Flow: A gentle yoga flow focused on releasing tension and moving stagnant energy to support you in dropping out of your mind and into your body.
  • Cacao Ceremony: A space to commune with cacao (a gentle, yet potent, heart-opening plant medicine) through a traditional Mayan cacao ritual and gentle breathwork practice. Honor the dualities of this life experience and open your mind, body, and spirit to receive all of the joy, love, and abundance available to you here and now.
  • Higher Self Meditation: A transformative visualization meditation session to help you realize the inner resources that are always available as you manifest a higher version of yourself into being.
  • Journaling & Inward Reflection: Time to connect with yourself through potent reflection questions. There is the option to either journal and reflect or participate in introspection.
  • Mindful Guidance Session: A brief dharma-talk with commentary from both hosts through the lens of yogic philosophy. Tune-in to guidance related to moving forward on your path from a frequency of utmost radiance.




About the Spaceholders:

Dari is a certified Trauma-Informed 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher (RYT), Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Certified Reiki Master and Trained Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. Dari is passionate about holding healing spaces to awaken devoted souls to the power of presence through transformative mindfulness, yoga, reiki, and cacao spaces. She is practiced in vinyasa yoga, a vast array of mindfulness and breathwork practices, and in guiding group and 1:1 traditional Mayan cacao ceremonies. Her vision is to inspire others on the path of living a more mindful life to promote collective healing and to see a future with less dis-ease in the body, mind, and spirit.

Kylee is a Trauma-Informed 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher & Certified Holistic Health Coach with 300+ hours of continued education & teaching experience in the greater Seattle area. Kylee specializes in traditional vinyasa yoga, as well as slow flow & yin-inspired sequences that leave her students feeling energized & more deeply connected with their mind, body, soul, & spirit. As a teacher, Kylee takes a holistic approach & is passionate about inspiring her students to improve wellness through cultivating mind-body awareness that follows them off of their mat & into their daily lives. Kylee embodies the concept of finding flow through the inevitable highs & lows of life, & her vision lies in empowering her students to do the same.
