Come and join us at the Lotus Loft Yoga Centre Exeter for a personal development day event that will teach you the tools to connect and feel confident in using your voice.
These two enriched subjects combined will give you the tools and experience to connect with your inner voice. This event is a personal and guided journey that will help you to step into your voice to unleash its full potential and power.

Event breakdown:
- Releasing the voice - using breathwork movement to access your true breath and to release your primal sound through warm up exercises.
- Understanding your voice - you'll be guided into a body awareness exercise using somatic breathwork to understand the emotion that sits in or behind your voice.
- Using the voice - learn a variety of vocal techniques to enhance your every day life.
- Sharing the voice - using your body awareness experience to create a creative execution. Whether that is spoken word, song writing, singing, poetry, or acting, it's up to you. You will be using the tools and exercises that you have learnt to feel confident in sharing this with the group.
Event Facilitators:
Pete Rawcliffe - Vocal Coach & Sopranist
Pete Rawcliffe is a vocalist from Devon, in the South West of England, known for his distinct Sopranist voice. Pete loves to work with others, be it in collaboration on music, or with his other main passion - teaching, mentoring & helping other vocalists holistically to get the most out of their potential. Faye Channing - Holistic Practitoner
Faye has been working holistically with clients internationally online & in Devon for 15 years through transpersonal therapy, reiki healing, energy readings, and spiritual guidance. Faye enjoys creating and holding space for people's personal development to guide them to reach their full potential through private sessions, in groups, and events. Event time and location:
Sunday 30th June, 11am - 3pm at The Lotus Loft Yoga Centre in Exeter, Devon. The event space is located in Exeter's City Centre. Please note that this space does not have wheelchair access.
Event cost:
£40 for one person, or £60 for two people (bring a friend). Please select the 'book now' button. If you have any questions about this event, please email [email protected]. Please note that refunds will be accepted before 30 days of when the event starts. If we have to cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
What to bring:
A notepad and pen to write your learnings and to use for the creative exercise. A water bottle, and a hot drink flask, we will provide the warm drink goods for your breaks. Please bring some snacks and lunch for breaks. We're located in the city centre if you need to buy something.
