Circling is a relational activity of conversational mindfulness. Cultivate deeper connection with yourself and others; witness your tendencies and projections in real time and have fun in the process. You will definitely grow, you will possibly feel challenged, and you’ll walk away feeling nourished.WHAT TO EXPECT
2 hours of circling and authentic relating activity
A half hour focus circle in which one person gets the group’s attention
A full hour flow session in which we all circle and the dynamic is more egalitarian and goes with the flow of energy and aliveness
*Folks with more privilege (white, cis, straight) are invited to give more to support scholarships for those impacted by state violence: Immigrants, Queer and Trans folks, and Black, Indigenous and People of color (BIPOC) folks. Suggested donation is $30
