About this Event
There’s a point where families stop trying to fit into systems that never made room for them — and start building their own spaces instead.
Connect + Play is one of those spaces.
Join us for a joyful afternoon of movement, connection, and community designed for families living with ADHD.
Here, movement becomes medicine, and community becomes regulation. Kids run, laugh, and find freedom in their energy during active play in the gym, led by an experienced soccer coach. Meanwhile, parents gather nearby for a relaxed and supportive group discussion — a chance to share stories, breathe, and realize they were never alone.
This is not a class; it’s a space to co-create, listen, and build a tribe that understands.
Led by Deniz Nasuhoglu, PhD (Chemical Engineering, McGill University) — now an ADHD Coach-in-Training — this pilot event explores how movement and community can help both children and parents recharge and grow together.

- Designed for families with children aged 8–12.
