Now, for the first time, we gather amongst its tranquil olive groves for a morning of heart-led connection, mindful movement, and nourishing food.
Your journey begins with fresh fruit smoothies and an opportunity to CONNECT with new friends, followed by a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body. Sink deeper into stillness through a guided meditation and immersive sound bath before closing softly and sharing a long-table Feed Me two-course lunch prepared by the Estate’s renowned kitchen.
