WHAT IS IT?
Connect For Life is a Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Literacy program funded by the South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) and delivered by Ironbark Therapy and Folkal.
It will consist of eight weekly sessions each at 2.5 - 3 hours plus participation in an advocacy campaign.
Weekly sessions will combine peer support with evidence-based therapeutic photography. This structured approach uses photography as a creative tool for exploration, aimed at achieving specific outcomes for participants.
WHEN AND WHERE?
Groups will run throughout 2025, with days and times tailored to each group's needs. The location will be finalised closer to the date to accommodate the majority of participants, and online participation will be available for those who cannot attend in person.
