Come along to our FREE September Community Connect on Friday 26 September from 9.00am - 10.30am! 🦘 Kanga Training is the ultimate workout for mums and bubs! You'll move your body and build strength while your bub snuggles close in the carrier or naps peacefully. The session will include babywearing safety tips, carrier guidance, a 45-minute Kangatraining class and a post-session mums' discussion.
A few baby carriers will be available if you need one for the session, otherwise, it's recommended to bring your own. 😊
Requirements:
Mums must be at least 6 weeks post-birth, or 12 weeks if bub was delivered via c-section.
A safety waiver will also need to be completed prior to the event – this will be sent to you ahead of time.
The session will be held outside between Grill'd and Lakehouse Victoria Point.
