What to expect:
DISCUSSIONS WITH TONI
You’ll chat about numerous topics from healing, connection, signs & synchronicities, intuition and more.
GUIDED JOURNEYING
Throughout the day you will be guided through different meditative journeys to deepen your connection with self, and build awareness around the parts of you that need love and healing.
MAT PILATES WITH FLUÌRE
A big part of connection is being able to connect with your body. Marissa from Fluìre Pilates will hold a 45 minute Mat Pilates Session to help you unite with your body and nourish it the way it deserves.
INTENTION SETTING & JOURNALING SESSIONS
These sessions will help you understand yourself on a deeper level, allowing you to go to places within that you have been denying or avoiding. Together we will acknowledge these areas and help you begin to heal them.
GROUP INTUITIVE READINGS
To end the day, Toni will offer group readings providing guidance and messages from the light to assist you in moving forward.
