Here they will explore different aspects of working with conflict, and will learn how to handle conflict in order to move forward with the best possible outcome.
Different Styles of Conflict Resolution
In this session participants will:·Learn how different styles of conflict are resolved;·Identify options by using Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to look at concerns of self and others;·Identify ways to come to resolutions.
The Process of Conflict Management
Participants in this session will learn about Crosbys process for conflict management. They will gain an understanding of how the process influences decisions and relationships, and they will develop skills to manage conflict appropriately in the moment.
Influencing Techniques and Assertiveness Styles
After completing this class, participants will learn some tricks of the persuasion trade: they could acquire information on verbal strategies that help people become successful persuaders!
Activities, for Resolving Conflicts
Participants during the session will get an opportunity to experiment and experience both new methods of conflict resolution.
Reviewing Actions and Reflecting
Finally, at the end of the session, we’ll undertake a review of our key takeaways, and draft action plans from there, as well as give you the opportunity to provide feedback and share ideas on how we can shape future courses.
Concluding the Workshop
They then finish with any questions they may have and outline a plan of action they can use for consolidation and application of what they learned.
