Conflict + Rubella Ballet + support go Undercover in Guildford Here at Undercover more than pleased to announce
CONFLICT
+ RUBELLA BALLET coming to our alternative corner of Surrey
"CONFLICT.
A PART OF A MOVEMENT.
THE MOVEMENT OF ALL MOVEMENTS.
THE UNGOVERNABLE FORCE".
Conflict are an English anarcho-punk band originally based South London.[1] Formed in 1981, still fronted today by the ever present Colin Jerwood,. Former band drummer, Francisco "Paco" Carreno, unfortunately died on 20 February 2015, at the age of 49
The band is as strong today as they ever were with some present band members familiar to an Undercover stage Fi from Dragster and Stu from 999.
The band has always been outspoken regarding issues such as anarchism, animal rights, the anti-war movement.
RUBELLA BALLET
Zillah, Sid and the band are no strangers to an Undercover gig, plus they are probably the most down to earth band we deal with.
Rubella Ballet are an original Punk band formed in Autumn 1979. Considered part of the Anarcho & Goth scene, with their unique Ultra Violet show wearing home made day-glo punk clothes, created by Zillah Minx. Rubella Ballet's first gig supporting Crass & Poison Girls led to their own headline gigs and support gigs & tours with Death Cult, The Damned, Faith No More, The Mission, Dr. & the Medics, Flux Of Pink Indians, Sex Gang Children, Conflict, Alien Sex Fiend, and so many more.
