Coach Jo from Jo Castro Coaching and Sally from Queen Bee Styling have joined forces to share tips and advice to help you thrive in midlife. Learn how to embrace this chapter of your life with confidence in yourself and in your style.
Coach Jo has a wealth of experience coaching people to manage change and build confidence in themselves and will share ways to reflect and connect with who you are now and how to be confidently you.
Personal Stylist and former buyer Sally has years of experience helping women dress with confidence. Sally will show you how to dress to suit your figure and create up to date outfits that look and feel great.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and chat to Sally and Jo.
