As we move into January 2026, we wanted to share something for anyone who may be finding this time of year especially difficult after a bereavement.
The months after Christmas can feel very heavy, and grief often shows up more strongly when the new year begins. We are offering a confidential 6 week bereavement support group, providing a safe, supportive space to be alongside others who understand loss. The group has already started but there is still time to join the other sessions, the next session is on Wednesday 21st January at Providence Chapel in Exeter.
There’s no pressure to talk — you’re welcome to share, listen, or simply be present.
