In this confidence workshop, we will:
• Experience an exercise to find the subconscious programming that created the lack of confidence.
• Create new neural pathways that lead to confidence flow.
• Identify old habits to let go of so that the state of confidence starts to become the new norm for you.
The workshop will be outdoors on the grassy area at the end of Saratoga Ave. Look for the white picnic blanket.
