Confidence Building
Obstacle and object training is a great way to develop confidence in horses of any age. It is essential however that novel objects are introduced in a way that creates a positive experience for the horse. Learn how to break items down, build relationship and trust and create a horse that copes better in future with new situations and challenges.
In the morning we will look at the theory behind what we will be doing, along with a variety of objects/ Obstacles in the arena, then in the afternoon, if appropriate and weather permits, we will go down to the cross country course.
This can be in hand or ridden depending on the individual capabilities.
This is a practical workshop with opportunity to bring own horse.

Attendance at each workshop is £35 per person (£20 for the morning only) if you wish to bring your horse there is an additional charge of £35. Horse places are limited to 3 with an overall place limit of 7 on the workshop. Stabling will be available on the day but you must provide your own feed.
