Do you wish you could manage your fear and build your confidence?Join us for four sessions held every other Saturday starting Sep 21 and do just that.
We get it because we've been there. No, seriously, we have, and if we can do it, so can you! Both Dana and Jason have experienced major horse related accidents that resulted in injuries requiring ambulance rides, hospitalizations, and surgeries. The physical recovery from our accidents pales in comparison to the emotional journey we both had to embark on to restore our confidence in ourselves, and in our horses. After riding for over 30 years, Dana almost quit horses altogether due to the crippling fear that remained after her physical injuries had healed. Our own personal confidence building journeys have allowed us to develop a program specifically designed to increase confidence.
Don't let fear, low self-esteem, or a lack of confidence hold you back from doing what you love! Our Confidence Building clinic gives you a safe space to work with a small, like-minded group of equestrians to increase your knowledge and gain the skills you need to manage both you and your equine partner's fear and anxiety to get you on the path to building your confidence.
Sat, Sep 21: Session #1 starts on the ground, teaching you and your equine friend what to do when you are afraid, before we get in saddle.
Sat, Oct 5: Session #2 will help you manage anxiety and prevent spooks.
Sat, Oct 19: Session #3 will test your budding confidence with obstacles
Sat, Nov 2: Session #4 puts all you've learned into practice out on the trail.
Sessions are held two weeks apart to give you and your equine partner time to practice all the great tools you will learn. All disciplines and all levels are welcome (adults only please).
Limited to just 6 participants to ensure you have the space and support you need. We do not have horses available for participant use.
Cost: $700 total with a $175 deposit required to hold your spot.
