Often called “the Dalí of pastry”, Gaël Clavière is celebrated for transforming desserts into artistic, sensory experiences that blend technical mastery with bold creativity.

The evening will open with a conference by Gaël Clavière, where he shares his remarkable journey at the crossroads of gastronomy and art.
This will be followed by a conversation with Chef Amiel Guérin, founder of Amiel Gourmet - our favourite French restaurant in Bangalore!
The session will conclude with a special dessert tasting executed by Amiel’s Team based on original recipes by Gaël Clavière- yes, a literal taste of his culinary genius!
