Combined, this class will consist of two free 1-hr CEs on Condominiums for Realtors.
This CE will cover:
#1: Do you understand what makes a condo warrantable or non-warrantable? Where do you begin and what should you think about when it comes to listing a condo or showing condos to your buyers? Let’s break down what will be looked at by the lender so you can stay ahead of the curve and feel confident having these conversations with your clients.
#2: Do you know what you are looking at when sifting through all of the HOA docs that land in your inbox when you are helping a buyer or a seller with a condo?

Learn the ins and outs of navigating the HOA to help your clients find answers to all their questions when buying into a condominium or homeowner association community. This course will help you point your clients in the right direction for some of the most frequent questions.
