Welcome to Condo Con on the Coast 2024! Join us for this FREE event; 2 days of all things condos at the beautiful La Quinta by Wyndham PCB Coastal Palms. Get ready to meet fellow condo enthusiasts, attend informative panels, browse vendor booths, participate in CAM and board training sessions, and the opportunty to win raffle prizes! Plus our very own Bay county resident, SPECIAL GUEST CFO Jimmy Patronis!! He will provide insurance updates on Friday November 8 ,11am-12pm. There are snacks and beverages provided on both days Friday and Saturday. On Friday evening there is a networking/cocktail hour with light bites provided.
