Concordia Club Oktoberfest 2025

CHILDREN 16 AND UNDER ARE FREE ON BOTH FAMILY DAY'S ( SUNDAY & MONDAY) - THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A TICKET. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Public Tickets:

• On-line-ticket "e-ticket" sale only, commencing May 15th, 2025 at 10am
• Hall tickets for both Fridays and Saturday evenings will become available July 3rd,2025 at 11 am
  
• a maximum of 6 tickets per Friday and 6 tickets per Saturday per purchaser, NO REFUNDS ON TICKETS
  
• no maximum ticket restriction on other Oktoberfest event days
• Only adults of legal drinking age (19 years of age and older) will be admitted (except family days = Sunday & Monday, where minors 16 years of age or younger are admitted (free of charge)as long as they are with a family unit
  
• There will be a additional processing fee charged on each ticket
  
• Tickets will be e-mailed immediately as pdf attachment and will be scanned for admission at the door the day of the event for validity
  
• Acceptable on line payment methods: visa, mastercard
  
• Concordia reserves the right to fulfill or decline orders, should the purchaser have already obtained tickets at via the “membership” sale. Online purchase depends also on the capacity of the online server.
