GAME TEASER:
Almost seven thousand seven hundred and seventy seven years ago a war broke out amongst the Gods that shattered the world. Kingdoms were razed, empires crumbled, and entire cities burned to ash in an eye-blink. In response most, but not all, of the Gods forged a pact to prevent a sundering of this scale to ever happen again.
However the pact, this ‘Covenant’, was imperfect and did not include all the divine aspects of creation. The “Lost Gods”, cast into the abyss, remained sealed away and their names lost to time. But the sanctity of creation could not abide their absence. Since the Godwar the world, Lussa, has continued her great dying but albeit at a much reduced rate of decline.
No final solution has been found, until perhaps now. The Vishar, acting as ‘Agents of Fate’ have gathered and seek to reforge the Covenant of the Gods- this time including all the deities of the lost. The true Covenant, the one which should have been forged almost eight thousand years ago has a second chance.
But all change comes with risk. A second Godwar, and a new ‘Sundering’ awaits on the horizon. Ancient powers which reinforce the old Covenant will not permit it to be replaced, and an agreement by the will of fractious gods is by no means secure. By attempting to save the world from a slow decline, the Vishar may instead plunge it into an Apocalypse of no rival ever seen on this plane. Will the world find salvation or ultimate destruction with this plan? Only the indomitable will and careful attention of the Vishar can save it from a terrible, unthinkable fate.
Additionally, the home of the Vishar, Sylverfern, is a frontier land of no small perils. Old enemies, seeking the unrest of recent events, stir and seize the opportunities chaos has wrought. Mirari enemies, seeking to corrupt our world, worm their way into our society secretly plotting the destruction of everything we claim to hold dear.
Meanwhile, the J’Teth Emperor, having shown complete indifference at the defeat of his forces, continues with his magical research and his final, diabolical, plan.
