Soak up summer vibes at Willamalane's Concerts in the Park series at Island Park! Bring blankets or chairs to enjoy the music on the lawn, and purchase beer, wine, and concessions. Plus, free Kona ice cups for the first 100 people, courtesy of Ziply Fiber! You can also bring your own picnic dinner and sealed non-alcoholic beverages, but no outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the park. - Island Park

- Gates and concessions open at 5 p.m. Opening act Fooble the Dragon starts at 5:15 p.m. and Sugar Beets starts at 6:30 p.m.
- Admission is $3 per night or free with a non-perishable food donation. Donations support the food pantry at the Willamalane Adult Activity Center.
About the Band:
The Sugar Beets are an eight-piece ensemble based in Eugene. They feature female lead and harmony vocals, fiddle, mandolin, acoustic guitar, stand-up bass, drums, and percussion. The Sugar Beets play traditional and contemporary bluegrass, folk, and country music that resonates with all ages. The group came together as students at the University of Oregon in 1990 and has been making and performing music ever since.
