Eat, drink, and dance the evening away at “Concerts in the Courtyard: Jazz Night.” Enjoy the smooth stylings of Bay Area native Jonah Melvon and his band, Left University, as they bring the soulful vibes of Northern California to life.Jonah Melvon is part of the Bay Area’s musical legacy, which includes iconic artists Sly & The Family Stone, E-40, and Mack Dre. His latest EP, “Almond Mocha,” showcases his unique blend of contemporary jazz and hip-hop, featuring collaborations with Adesha and Donnie Williams, and compositions by Bennett Roth, Lionel Briones, and Brian Sheu.
The event is family-friendly and eats are available for purchase, thanks to premium food vendor Latin Asian Fusion. The gates open at 4pm for food, drinks, and socializing, with music starting at 5pm.
