About this Event
On Sunday, Feb. 22, at 4 pm, the Central Congregational Church Choir will present “Litaniae de venerabili altaris Sacramento,” written in 1776 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart – featuring soloists and orchestra. It is the last and most mature of Mozart’s four Litany settings, written when he was just 20 years old! The program also includes the opening movement of Bach’s “St. John Passion.” Patrick Aiken choirmaster / organist.
