If you’ve ever considered the idea of being more than who you currently are, well, you can. You already have the capacity to do so.
We are an excellent creation of the universe, the most updated being known in the story of nature. We were given a brain that allows us to think and reason unlike any other species, and yet, our minds can become undisciplined because of mental pollution. Every day we generate thousands of thoughts, an estimated 50,000. Each thought carries a feeling, a story, a unique connection, and an expression of its maker.
Any thought has the power to spark an idea. Any idea that is emphasized, whether feared or revered, will begin to clothe itself in the most proper and efficient way available. This is how thoughts grow into visions, and visions become goals that you are trying to integrate and embody.
Sounds simple, right? But then come the distractions. You forget, you self-sabotage, you change your mind in the moment and suddenly the vision slips away. That’s exactly why you need to learn concentration. This is what this 4-week course on Concentration is all about.
Concentration is the ability to withdraw or focus your attention on a single thought, idea, or object for a particular length of time. It is the discipline that makes your vision possible.
So now you must ask yourself: are you going to learn how to consciously focus on who you want to become—or will you withdraw from it?
